Verein Innovation und Soziales is founded in Bern

On 12 November 2025, Christian Schoenenberger, Ganna (Anna) Kuznetsova and Volodymyr (Vladimir) Yefimov founded the non-profit association Verein Innovation und Soziales in Bern. The decision was unanimous and based on Articles 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code. The founding members also approved the statutes.
The founding assembly elected the first board: Ganna (Anna) Kuznetsova as President and Secretary, Volodymyr (Vladimir) Yefimov as Treasurer and Christian Schoenenberger as a board member. The association is legally represented by the President together with one further board member.
The assembly asked the board to enter the association in the commercial register if needed, to apply for tax exemption, to open a bank account and to prepare an activity concept and a budget for the first 18 months. ERIDA is the central project of the association.
