Ievgen Gartman is elected to the board of Verein Innovation und Soziales

On 16 July 2026, the extraordinary general assembly of Verein Innovation und Soziales took place in Bern and online. At his written request, the board had admitted Ievgen Gartman as a member of the association with effect from 16 July 2026. The general assembly then elected him unanimously as a member of the board, with immediate effect. He accepted the election.
Since 16 July 2026, the board has had four members: Ganna (Anna) Kuznetsova, President and Secretary; Volodymyr (Vladimir) Yefimov, Treasurer; Christian Schoenenberger and Ievgen Gartman, board members.
The signing rule has not changed: the association is legally represented by the President together with one further board member with signing authority. Mr Gartman has no signing authority.
