First wave of the ERIDA Lex closed pilot completed: 15 survey participants receive vouchers

In September 2026, the first wave of the closed pilot of ERIDA Lex, ERIDA’s Legal Information Assistant, ended. The pilot started in May 2026 together with the Institute of Sociology at the University of Bern, which accompanied it with research on how participants use and experience the assistant. The pilot is part of the preliminary study supported by an Innosuisse innovation cheque.
After using the assistant, participants were invited to a voluntary follow-up questionnaire. In August 2026, about 190 participants received a personal invitation. Those who completed the questionnaire could enter a prize draw for vouchers. On 28 September 2026, the University of Bern closed the questionnaire and confirmed the winners: all 15 participants who entered the draw received a voucher from the University of Bern.
We thank all participants for their time and feedback. Researchers at the Institute of Sociology of the University of Bern are now analysing the data for a scientific paper.
